Belasis Point: New 325,000 sqft B2/B8 Design & Build in Billingham, Teesside

Fifield Glyn have been appointed joint agents with HTA and Connect Property for the new Belasis Point development of 325,000 sq ft (30,000 sq m) at Billingham, Teesside. This B2/B8 site is being developed by Osborne House and extends to 25 acres and is just off the A19.
Outline planning consent has been obtained and the site is ready for immediate construction. It is in the well-established industrial and employment area of Billingham.
