Osborne Kinsey has been granted planning consent by Cheshire West & Cheshire to demolish Top Farm, Tarvin and construct 6 mews dwellings with new access. The development site extends to 0.33acres and is located close to the High Street and the A556.

John Fifield of Osborne Kinsey ‘Tarvin is a bustling village with an array of amenities and we feel that our development will add to this thriving village location.  We are now considering whether to sell the site to another Developer or build it out ourselves or in partnership'.
