Osborne House acquire Oxford Court, Manchester M2 3WQ

Osborne House have acquired the freehold of 19 individual office buildings at Oxford Court in the city centre of Manchester on a site extending to 1.7 acres currently producing £17,000 per. WHR acted on behalf of the Seller, Oxford Court Management (Manchester) Ltd whilst Fifield Glyn acted on behalf of Osborne House.
